Online assessment for symptoms of anxiety and depression

Are you feeling anxious, worried or depressed?

This online assessment can give you an indication of the severity of your symptoms and if you should consider seeing a counsellor. There are 10 questions to complete before you are presented with an assessment of your level of current psychological distress and suggested actions you may consider taking.

The assessment is based on the Kessler Psychological Distress Scale - 10 (K10)*   which has been used in several population studies in Australia and abroad.
